Jessica Ann Tacy's Obituary
Age 41, a longtime resident of the Napoleon area, passed away at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home October 19, 2019. She is survived by the loves of her life; daughters Hannah and Alaina Tacy, her parents; Doug and Pat (Stone) Cross, loving sister; Gayle (Tod) Johnston, nieces Brittany and Abby (Stephen) Tripp, paternal grandmother; Elsie Campbell, paternal step-grandmother; Carol Cross, many cousins, aunts, uncles and friends and two felines, Lily and Daisy. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather; Albert Cross and her maternal grandparents; Cleo Colby and R. Paul Stone. Jess was born in Jackson, Michigan Thursday, June 22, 1978. She graduated with the Class of 1996 from Napoleon High School. She went on to be a scheduler at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hematology/Oncology Department. She enjoyed many activities with her daughters, loved to read, sew, bake, create exotic desserts and make quilts. She had a very strong Christian Faith and was a hardworking and devoted mom, daughter and sister. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be held at the Central Wesleyan Church (119 N. Webster St., Jackson) on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at 3:00 pm. with Rev. Bart Hall officiating. Her family will receive friends at the church two hours prior to service time. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice.
