Jill Diane Mitchell (maiden-Moorhead)'s Obituary
Age 60, of Leoni Township, passed away October 10, 2015 at the University of Michigan Hospital. She is survived by three children, Mark Mitchell and his wife Mikki, Brian Mitchell and Carol Sharp, two grandchildren, Natalie and Alex Sharp, brother Jerry Moorhead, brother-in-law Jim Mitchell and one niece and nephew. She was preceded in death by her husband Stephen in 2000 and her parents, Frederick and Miriam (maiden-Dreisbach) Moorhead. Jill worked as a Para-Professional at East Jackson Community Schools and was a cashier at WalMart. She loved her family and friends, working with children, animals and scrapbooking. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, October 16, 2015 at 11 am with Rev. Ron Brooks, Brookside United Methodist Church officiating. Interment Maple Grove Cemetery, Grass Lake. Visitation at the funeral home Thursday evening, 6-8 pm and on Friday one hour prior to service time. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Cascades Humane Society.
