Bob and family, Joan’s obituary is a beautiful tribute to her life. Happy memories of Joan at Wamplers Lake in the 1960’s, exercise class at St. Joseph Family Center, Frog Holler Farm events, and many more remain with me. I’m so sorry for your loss.

Met Joan in the 70’s through Terry Remer and then met her incredible Husband Bob. Joan would get Bob to play for us at simple gatherings. Joan was smart, freely shared her thoughts, so kind and helpful. And oh those cc cookies she made. But what stands out the brightest is the legacy Joan and Bob have created. Awesome Children and then their Children. My enduring thoughts of Joan are of her looking at her legacy on her 13inch iPad and just smiling with the Lake in the background. Joan changed the World. Hope we can come close to her contribution to this place. Joan was a great woman.
So sorry for your loss, you have my deepest condolences. She was a great person
Such a proud and supportive wife and mother. My favorite Aunt Joan memories are when she sent us Christmas cards with an insert-bragging on her kids and Uncle Bob telling us and updating us on everything going on with everyone! She will be truly missed by many. Always so kind and inviting.
Prayers for comfort and understanding during this time of grief and sadness. My heart is with the Stebbins family.
What an incredible woman. I was so blessed to have Aunt Joan be such a big part of life for over a decade. The hostess with the mostest. A smile that radiated and couldn’t help but fill you up. A strong love and support for family. I truly cherish all of the memories and ache for your loss.
One of my favorite memories that truly shows who Aunt Joan was, is when she got the chance to attend Jude’s Mother’s Day celebration at preschool. I watched as a tear of pure joy and pride rolled down her face next to that beautiful smile. It was special. She was special. I’m so so sorry for your loss.
