My sincerest condolences to the Long family on the passing of John. I was 4 years behind John at St. Mary High school and also worked with John for many years at Smith Barney where we looked forward each week to Thursday lunch at Gilbert’s Steak House. John helped me early in my career for which I am forever gratefull. From a fellow Veteran, Rest in Peace John!

Our thoughts are with the entire Long family as they grieve the loss of their husband, father and grandfather. Thank you for sharing John with the entire Napoleon community for many years. Condolences to the entire Long family. John and I spent many hours the last 10+ years between baseketball and softball games. It will be a big shock to not hear his voice booming through the speakers. I will make sure to have a bag or two of popcorn in his honor the first home game this winter 💚🏴☠️
