Jonathan "Jon" Dennis Bozung's Obituary
Age 51, of Michigan Center, passed away at home Thursday, August 4, 2022 surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Carelink Hospice. He was born in Royal Oak, Michigan on Sunday, February 21, 1971 to Dennis Arthur and Cynthia Lynn (Rothenberg) Bozung. He is survived by his devoted wife of 26 years; Kyla E. (Rady) Bozung, four children; Haleigh Kaser, Kylene Bozung, Kaylie Bozung and Kaden Bozung, his parents, siblings; Justin Bozung, Deanna (Nate Boehm) Bozung and Rachel (Eran) Fields, 2 nieces; Ellis Fields and Jenna Rady and nephew; Zev Fields. Jon was a long time self employed carpenter, member of Carpenter's Local #687, Detroit, loved golf, snowboarding and fishing. He had a gift for playing the guitar and loved music. Services will be held at the funeral home Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 2 pm with Pastor Emil Mullins officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time. Interment Roseland Cemetery. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Bozung family for their needs and wishes.
