Joy Eudora Moss' Obituary
Joy Eudora Moss, 81, of Michigan Center, Michigan, passed away Monday, April 22, 2024, at Country Meadows Care Home, after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s/Dementia. Joy’s family and friends will gather from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday, April 29, 2024, at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel (Formerly Arthur-Day Funeral Home). Her funeral service will immediately follow at 6:00 p.m.
She was born on April 19, 1943, in Jackson, Michigan, to Huston and Madge (Green) Jones. Joy married the love of her life, Merwin “Joe” Moss, on August 6, 1960, in Jackson, Michigan. She will be remembered for her unending and unconditional love for her family and friends. Joy had a passion for her hobbies; making wedding bouquets, collecting knick-knacks, and had an eye for interior design. She loved baking goodies for her grandchildren, whom she adored. Joy was known for her heartfelt, bone crushing hugs and the lipstick tattoo she left on your cheeks. She will be missed dearly.
Joy will be missed by; her children, Stacy Snyder, Sonia Moss, and Troy Moss (LuAnn Reynolds); brother, Brent (Bonnie) Jones, brother-in-law, Mike Kashi; several grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by; her parents, Huston and Madge Jones; siblings, Bo Jones, Roger Jones, and Marilyn Kashi; daughter, Darci Elliott; and husband, Merwin “Joe” Moss.
