Juanita Mae Midyett's Obituary
Age 85, passed away at the Highland Assisted Living Center on Wednesday, September 14, 2022. Juanita was born in Jackson, Michigan on Tuesday, December 29, 1936 to the late Herbert J. and Ruth E. (maiden-Root) Walker. She is survived by five children; Terry (Therese) Howard, Mike (Patricia) Howard, Gene (Shannon) Howard, Sheila (Larry) Zakrzewski and Simone (Perry) Adkins, several step-children, many grand and great-grandchildren and her sister; Virginia. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two husbands; Richard Midyett and Steve Rokita and her brother; Ralph Walker. Juanita retired from Kelsey Hayes. She loved to read, cook for her family, go on long walks and raise her many pets, especially her cats. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held. The family wishes to thank the staff at Highland and the SouthernCare Hospice for their wonderful care of our loved one. Contributions in her memory are directed to the National Alzheimer's Association.
