Juanita "Nita" Lucille Decker's Obituary
Age 93, of Blackman Township, passed away January 11, 2018 at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Richard W Decker, six children, five step-children, many grand and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Lucy Bissonette and son, Danny Knapp. Nita had worked at the GM Oldsmobile Plant, the National Child Safety Council and Western Stamping. She served ten years on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Motor Sports Hall of Fame and served eighteen years as the Hostess of the Jackson Motor Speedway Old Timer's Annual Reunion. Mrs. Decker has been cremated and no public services will be held. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Cascades Humane Society.
