Judith A Hicks' Obituary
Hicks, Judith Ann Age 68, of Liberty Township, passed away at her daughter's Jackson home April 2, 2013 under the loving care of the family and Arbor Hospice. She is survived by four children, Michael (Tina) Hicks Jr., Lucy Richie, Sarah (Terry) Larkin and Bert (Leslie) Hicks, eleven grandchildren, brother Will (Mary) Nelson, aunt Nancy Levy and uncle Steve (Mildred) Rutan, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Pastor William and Donna Nelson Sr., sister Chreistine Nelson and brother Kent Nelson. Judith was a devoted mother and grandmother and servant of the Lord. She had a lifelong love of horses and riding. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday, April 6, from 6-8 pm. Private services and interment at Sutfin Cemetery will be held later. Judith wished for contributions to be given to her family c/o Judith Hicks at any Flagstar Branch or the food bank of the donor's choice. A public celebration of her life will be held Saturday April 27, 2013, 2-6 pm at the Irish Hills Eagles Aerie #3689. 9500 Wamplers Lake Road, Brooklyn.
