Judy Ann Ottinger's Obituary
Judy Ann Ottinger, 76, from Jackson, MI, unexpectedly passed away on Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at her home.
She was born on January 13, 1949, in Jackson, MI, to Edward and Marcella (King) Ottinger. Judy married the love of her life, William Charles Ottinger, in 1967, who she sadly lost. She graduated from Jackson High School. Judy was a homemaker in her own home, where she took care of her 4 children. She was most proud of being a mother and loved spending as much time as possible with her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed drawing/sketching, playing cards and putting puzzles together. She will be remembered as a dedicated, loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Judy will be missed by her children, Phillip (Angela) Ottinger, William “Billy” (Angie) Ottinger, Bradley (Lisa) Ottinger and Alicia (James) Mills; her brother, Edward “Ed” Cyphers; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; her dear friends, Tracey Landon and Linda Grimsley. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and her brother, James Cyphers.
