Karilyn Sue McDonald (Richardson)'s Obituary
Age 72, of Vandercook Lake, passed from her Earthly journey to her heavenly home to spend eternity with her Lord And Savior September 7, 2017 under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Caring Hospice. She is survived by five children, Ronald Walz, Glenn (Buffy) Walz Jr., Cynthia (Joe) Walz, Alfred (Steven) Walz-Haydo, Georginia "Jody" (Tom) Lee, several grandchildren, great and great-great grandchildren, sister, Maryann Dowding, brother, Bernard Omans, several nieces and nephews She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry Lee Richardson and Ronald D. McDonald, sister, Gloria Redman, brother, Richard Niswonger and her parents, Dewey and Mary C. (Niswonger) Omans. She was a 34 year member and past Madame President of the Jackson Fraternal Order of Eagles #612 Ladies Auxiliary and the Eagles REAC. She was her children's rock and she loved unconditionally. She would sacrifice all she had for their sakes. Services will be held at the New Hope Missionary Church, 1800 Park Road, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at 11 am with Pastor Byron Maynard officiating. Interment Roseland Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held at St. Aidan's Church, 361 East Grove, Michigan Center , Monday 2-4 & 6-8 pm with an Eagle's Lodge of Sorrow at 7:30 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the American Cancer Society. It was her special request that all who attend her services, be it family, friend or funeral director, wear blue jeans and casual shirts.
