Kathleen Marie Pieske's Obituary
With heavy heart, we announce the passing of Kathleen “Kathy” Pieske of Manchester, Michigan, on December 10, 2023, at the age of 59, surrounded by her loving family. Kathy's friends and family will gather Friday, December 15, 2023, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at Eineder Funeral Homes - Manchester Chapel and Saturday, December 16th from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Emanuel United Church of Christ, 324 W. Main St., Manchester, MI. Her funeral service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
Bruce Paul, Chaplain, will preside.
Kathy was born in Vandercook Lake on September 16, 1964, to Robert and Karen Paul. She lived most of her life in Manchester. Kathy was one of five siblings with three sisters, Amy, Barb, and Becky, and one brother, Jack.
Kathy is survived by her husband of forty-one years, Rick; her Mother, Karen; Son, Nick (Sara); and Granddaughter, Alayna. In addition, Kathy’s extended family includes siblings and spouses; nieces; nephews; cousins; in-laws; many other relatives; numerous friends; work colleagues; and those other lucky ones she took under her wing.
She was preceded in death by her son Matt, her sister Amy, and her father Robert.
Kathy had boundless energy – and never sat still for long. She loved treasure hunting at yard sales, baking delightful cakes, and enjoying the great outdoors at the campground. She regularly and enthusiastically supported the kids in her life - during their sports endeavors. As a proud member of a large family, Kathy enjoyed helping to organize and host many memorable family gatherings. She always cherished spending time with her beloved husband and best friend, Rick.
Kathy’s contagious positivity, unwavering support, and eagerness to lend a hand will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love and kindness will forever inspire those she touched.
