Kelly Lee Straub's Obituary
Straub, Kelly Lee Age 53, of Michigan Center, passed away at his home May 6, 2013. He is survived by his wife, Ruthie; two step-daughters, Branda E. and Brooke N. Page; six grandchildren, Samantha and Brayden O'Dowd, Ethen and Emilie Moorehead, Cameron and Elizabeth Reinhard; his mother, Marilyn Straub; sister, Wendy Dennis; two brothers, Randy (Heather) and Jeff Straub; mother-in-law, Myrna Eastman; four nieces, Tiffany Dennis, Morgan and Cassidy Straub and Kaytlyn Essex. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul 'Roddy' Straub and brother, Curtis L. Straub. Kelly was a local contractor, enjoyed hunting and fishing, had been the stage manager for the band 'Flyte' and was an active member of the Michigan Center Lions Club and the Michigan Center FOE #3634. Services will be held at the Brookside United Methodist Church, 4000 Francis Street on Friday, May 10, 2013, 11 am with Pastor Chad Parmalee officiating. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Napoleon. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Contributions in his memory are directed to his family to help defer his final expenses.
