Kenneth Duane Walkowicz's Obituary
Age 60, of Summit Township, passed away November 5, 2018 at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. He is survived by his wife, Velora Bess Walkowicz; sister, Diane (Richard) Sanders; brothers William (Janet) Walkowicz; and Dana (Alex) Walkowicz, nieces and nephews, Deanna Walkowicz, Robert (Jessica) Gerlach, Jamie (Kellie) Goldsmith, Shane Dauson, Ronald (Onica) Balyeat and Andy (Mistelle) Signor and his life-long friend, Walter "Butch" Childs. He was preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Walkowicz Romans and parents, William P. Walkowicz and Rosemary J. Beerbower. Ken worked many years as a fork lift operator, loved to fish and hang with his friends. He was known to enjoy a cold beer. At his request cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at his sister's home in the spring.
