Larry F. Sova's Obituary
SOVA, LARRY F. Age 62, of Leoni Township, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014 under the loving care of his family and the staff at the Allegiance Hospice Home. He was born in Leoni Township, MI on October 21, 1951 to Alfred and Leone (McGuirk) Sova. Larry is survived by his mother, Leone of Leoni Township; two daughters, Brittany Sova of Grand Blanc and Phaedra Sova; two grandchildren, Kaya and Iain; all of Phoenix, AZ; nieces, nephew and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and brother, Jerry. Larry was a talented mechanic; he worked at Chrysler Proving Grounds in Chelsea for many years and repaired cars and farm equipment on his own as well. He worked on the Sova Family Farm and enjoyed hunting and fishing. His greatest accomplishment was being a single father, raising his daughter Brittany. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 15, 2014 at 2:00 pm. For those who wish, contributions in his memory may be directed to the Allegiance Hospice Home.
