Laura Mae Fransted's Obituary
Age 86, longtime resident of Napoleon Township, passed away November 26, 2017 at the Legacy Assisted Living Center. She is survived by her husband Donald W., two children; Ronald (Tracy Glassel) Ellison and Gary (Cheryl) Ellison, four grandchildren; Douglas (Katy) Ellison, Kelli (Matthew) Seaquist, David Ellison and Lindsay (Dan) Watts, four great-grandchildren, her brother, Lloyd (Barbara) Niles and her step son; James W. Fransted. She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Frieda (Fletcher) Niles. She was a retiree of the Hanimex Corporation. At her request cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held at St. Aidan's Church (361 E. Grove, Michigan Center) on Tuesday December 26, 2017 at 11 am with Pastor Drex Morgan, St. John's Lutheran Church, Bridgewater, MI officiating. The family suggests contributions in her memory be made to the American Cancer Society. The compassionate care given our loved one by the staffs at Legacy and Great Lakes Caring Hospice is greatly appreciated.
