Laverna Mae Allen (Waters, maiden-Boshoven)'s Obituary
Age 89, passed away at Faith Haven December 30, 2015 surrounded by her loving family and the wonderful staff. She is survived by five children, Stanley 'Stub' (Roxanne) Waters Jr., Patty Shelter, Sandra Bail, James (Renee) Allen and Barbara (Cesar) Ojeda and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two husbands, Stanley Waters Sr. and Larry Allen Sr., son Larry Allen Jr. and parents, Nelson and Hilda (maiden-Fonnya) Boshoven. She was a devoted mother and grandmother who excelled care giving to all her clan and enjoyed bingo and dominos. Mrs. Allen has been cremated. A Memorial Service celebrating her life will be held Sunday, March 6, 2016 at the Page Avenue Baptist Church at 2 pm with Pastor Phil Draffen officiating. A time of luncheon and fellowship at the church will follow the services.
