Lena Mae Leverett's Obituary
Leverett, Lena Mae, age 87, of Leoni Township, passed away April 5, 2014 at her home under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Hospice. She is survived by her life partner, Ray Benjamin, two children, Linda (Bill) Smith and Danny (Annette) Adams, daughter-in-law, Helen Leverett, five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Harrison Leverett Sr., two sons, Harrison Leverett Jr. and infant Danny Leverett. She retired as office manager with Continental Cablevision and was a loving companion, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Leverett has been cremated and no public services will be held. Contributions in her memory are directed to the St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Way, Memphis, TN, 38105.
