Lewis Michael Dowell's Obituary
Lewis Michael Dowell, 75, of Jackson Michigan, tragically gained his angel wings January 10, 2025.
Lewis “Mike” was born on July 4, 1949, in Coldwater, Michigan to Anthony and Mabel (Stone) Dowell. Lewis married the love of his life, Marilyn, on November 30, 2000, in Jackson, Michigan. He will be remembered as a man content being at home watching his favorite Western movies, while enjoying his favorite snack, Little Debbie’s. He also enjoyed a good game of horseshoes, fishing and going to Pleasant Lake to celebrate his “4th of July” birthday every year with his family. Though Mike was taken from us too soon, his spirit will forever live on through the memories we have made with him. Gone but never forgotten, “Forever 75”.
Mike will be truly missed by his wife, Marilyn; his children, Michael Schweda, Jennifer (Melvin) Potter, Billy (Kim) Inks, Shirley (David) Johnson, Frank Dowell, Andrew (Peggy) Dowell, Brian, Zack and Shelby; grandchildren, Timara, Jazlena, Michelle, Andrew, Destiney, Leah, Faith, Jeanette, Dalton, Adam, Kaylie, Sharon, Douglas, Andrew “Jr”, Meko; and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Mabel Dowell and his brothers and sisters.
