Linda Sue Madol, age 70, passed away peacefully at her home in Jackson, Michigan. Born in Bay City, Linda was a vibrant and beloved member of her community, known affectionately by her friends as "Red" for her striking fiery red hair.
Throughout her lifetime, Linda held many roles. She was a waitress, a childcare provider, a nail technician, a florist, and at the age of 57, she fulfilled her dream of becoming a nurse. Above all things, she was a devoted and loving mom. Linda was known for her wonderful sense of humor and her love of laughter, bringing joy and warmth to all who knew her.
Linda is survived by her two children, Jason Alexander Madol (Lisa) and Crystal Rose Madol (Joe Patty); siblings, Les Fetter (Patti), Wayne Fetters (Shannon), Bob Fetters (Sharon), Pamela Katt; sister-in-law, Mary Reilly; and her cherished grandchildren, Bryce Madol, Rowan Madol, Declan Madol, Fallon Madol, Haylee Patty, Anna Patty; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by, her dad, Allen Arthur Reilly; mom, Rosafern Scott; stepdad, Lester Fetters Sr; and siblings, Patricia Jewell and Gary Reilly. Linda took immense pride and joy in her family, always providing love and support to those around her.
Linda had a remarkable ability to bring warmth and brightness into the lives of everyone she met. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her, and her legacy of kindness and strength will continue to inspire her family and friends. She loved and she was loved, and she will be missed.
