Marilyn Ann Jonas' Obituary
Jonas, Marilyn Ann Age 87, of Summit Township, passed away July 2, 2014 at Allegiance Health. She is survived by her five children, Kenneth (Laura MacDougal) Jonas, Cheryl (Steve) Jonas-Acquilla, Dennis (Dale) Jonas, Steve (Sharon) Jonas and Fredd (Kitty) Jonas, five grandchildren, Kerri, Kristen, Larken and Jaclyn Jonas and Jessica (Jason) Longbrake, one great-grandson, Jameson Longbrake, two step-grandsons, Tom and Todd Draffen, ten step-great-grandchildren, Todd, Robert, Sarah, Gabe, Jade, Britney, Shane, Jessica, Jakota and Sidney, and her beloved cat, Babe. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene F. Jonas in 2003 and her parents, Brenton and Agnes (maiden-Leiter) Gamble. Marilyn loved to bowl and was secretary of the Good Fellows Bowling League at Suburban Lanes for 30 years, enjoyed playing cards and was an avid University of Michigan Fan. Services will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at 11 am with Pastor Kyle Vegter of the Vandercook Baptist Church officiating. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. Visitation will be held Monday evening 5-8 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Disabled American Veterans, PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, Ohio 45250-0301.
