Marion Joan Hilliker's Obituary
Age 85, of Jonesville, formerly of Jackson, passed away at the Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility on Tuesday, August 15, 2017. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Fredrick Hilliker in 2010, two grandsons, Charles and Derek, two sisters, Carolyn Rabbie and Katherine Martin and parents, Nelson W. and Helen L. (Fahringer) Green, She is survived by five sons, Bernard (Judy), David (Shari) Leroy (Kim), Rondy (Brenda) and Robert (Jan) Hilliker; daughter, Starlene (Rick) Smith; many great and great-grandchildren, brother Marvin (Jewel) Green and three sisters, Barbara Reeves, Sharon Green and Sandra Pawelezski. Marion was a Cub Scout Den Mother for many years, was active in TOPS and the Rose Show, as a participant winning many prizes and on the Rose Show Planning Committee and retired from K-Mart. Services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Dan White officiating. Cremation to follow services. Visitation will be held Saturday from noon until service time. Contributions in her memory are directed to the family to help with expenses, in care of Starlene or LeRoy.
