Mark was one of the kindest and nicest person I met in my professional life as a psychologist of persons with spinal cord injury. We worked together in a program to improve quality of life and independence after spinal cord injury, the Hospital to Community program at the University of Michigan during the early 1990's. I will always remember him as very professional, quiet, kind and soft spoken individual who help so many others with spinal cord injury during his tenure at the University of Michigan.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Mark was a close friend for many years and though life happened and we ran into each other only a couple times a year it was always great to see him and it felt like no time had past.
