Marvin L. Marsh's Obituary
MARSH, MARVIN L. Aged 68, of Jackson, passed away at Allegiance Health on Monday, March 10, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Georgianna (Fransted) Marsh; brother, Jeffery; two infant siblings and in-laws, Ray and Tom Mast and Ruth Ratcliff. Marvin is survived by his wife of 47 years, Donna (Mast); two children, Marvin Jr ""Mickey"" of Noblesville, IN and Brenda S. Marsh of Jackson; three grandchildren, Devin K. Marsh, Donnavon Belcher and Whitney Jacobs, all of Jackson; two siblings, Mary Lou Orr of Grand Blanc and Alan Marsh of Fenton; sisters-in-law, Myrt (Jim) Muma, Millie (Gene) Dove, Mary (Dennis) Zdanowitz and Betty Mast; brothers-in-law, Dave, Jack (Pat), Paul (Betty), Steve (Sue) and James Mast. Marvin was a graduate of Napoleon High School, an Army Veteran of Vietnam and retired as a Corrections Officer from the Michigan Department of Corrections. As was his request, cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at Trinity Wesleyan Church, 620 Robinson Road in Jackson on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 4:00 pm with Pastor Ronald Heiler officiating. A dinner will follow the services. Interment at East Liberty Cemetery.
