I'm so sorry to hear about marys passing. I haven't seen her in a few years but she was always on my mind. I have alot of fond memories working with her at brooklyn products and fun times outside work. My heart goes out to her family. Mary will always be alive as long as her friends and family remember her.
Frank and I have been saying that we need to visit the Rice family. Each passing year we would have intentions to make arrangements. However, we would put it off due to our busy schedules, our health issues...now Mary has left us and much too soon. I'm sorry for not making it back to see her - how I loved race weekend; not for the race, but for the warm welcome and friendship we found in Mary, Gar, and our race weekend extended friends and family. Mary was so special. She found her way into my heart the first time I met her and it is there she will remain. I cherish every memory of Mary...and the cornbread recipe she gave to me. Godspeed, Mary. Praying for blessings of peace, strength and healing for Gar, Kevin, Jen, Jeff (King), Mary's grandchildren and all those who were touched by her beautiful soul.
