Mary Jane Draper's Obituary
Age 59, of Jackson, passed away Friday, August 16, 2019 under the loving care of her family and the wonderful staff at the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice Home. Mary Jane is survived by her beloved family, her son, Michael Chmiel; four grandchildren, Kaden, Konner, Khloe and Channing Chmiel; four sisters, Darlene Draper, Cathy Rider, Nancy (Dan) Jez and Myrna Draper; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melbourne and Lucille (Hunt) Draper. Mary Jane was a woman who enjoyed a simple life and lived it to the fullest. She enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren; was a lover of dogs and always liked to get in the last word. Funeral Services will be held at Arthur-Day Funeral Home on Monday, August 19, 2019 at Noon with Deacon James Oliver officiating. Interment will follow at Maxon Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday morning beginning at 11:00 am.
