Mary K. Jennings' Obituary
Age 81, of Napoleon Township, passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019 at Victorian Villa Assisted Living with her family at her side under the care of the Victorian staff and Careline Hospice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Jennings in 2006 and her brother, William C. Hatt. Mary is survived by her beloved family; three daughters, Kathy (Rick) Dailey of Canton, Jill Pippin (Todd Foland) of Linden and Peggy Jennings of Jackson; five grandchildren, Sean (Leslie) Dailey, Ryan (Tamara) Dailey, Carson Pippin, Caci Pippin and Amelia Jennings; two great-grandchildren, Killian and Quinn Dailey; two sisters, Sally Emerson of Tennessee and Barbara Dixon of Napoleon; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She worked as a cook with Henry Ford Allegiance Health and YMCA Storer Camps. Mary enjoyed U of M Football and Lighthouses. She and her late husband, Richard were volunteer 4-H leaders for many years. Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at the funeral home Saturday January 18, 2020 from 1 pm to 3 pm with remarks by her nephew, The Rev. Mark Jennings, First Presbyterian Church of Richland at 2:30 pm. Memorial Contributions are directed to the Cascades Humane Society.
