Mary Lee Stahl's Obituary
Mary Lee Stahl, 79, passed away Wednesday, July 7, 2021, at Henry Ford Allegiance Hospital. Mary’s family and friends will gather Thursday, July 15, 2021, from 10:00 am – 11:00 am at Eineder Funeral Homes - Brooklyn Chapel. Her funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, July 15, 2021, with the burial of ashes to follow at Norvell Township Cemetery. Pastor Mary Sweet will officiate.
She was born on June 3, 1942, in Jackson, Michigan to Robert and Elizabeth (Goodall) Stahl. She will be remembered for her love of family, people, and her faith. Mary was quite the social butterfly, helping all. She was the neighborhood tutor, assisting children with their lessons and she also helped many in the area with their taxes. Mary was a member of the United Methodist Church in Napoleon and volunteered for many years as a tutor for children at the Napoleon Elementary School. She loved to fish and was a true Detroit Tigers fan. One of her most noted accomplishments was being awarded copyright from the Library of Congress for her theory on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS). She also was known for her famous deviled eggs. Mary will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mary is survived by her siblings, twin brother Robert (Donna) Stahl, Lusanne Adamczyk, Donald (Deborah) Stahl, and Barry (Debra) Stahl; and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, a brother Michael Stahl, and nephews Michael and Parrish Stahl.
