Maureen Jane Fowlkes' Obituary
Age 75, of Jackson, passed away at her home February 20, 2019. She is survived by her daughter; Lezly A. Fowlkes, brother; Ronald (Sharon) Grindall, several nieces, nephews and cousins and her faithful canine; Grady. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald E. and Doris M. (maiden-Pond) Grindall. She was a graduate of Cement City High School Class of 1961, earned her EMT and Paramedic Certification, worked for the Jackson Ambulance Service and the Marshall Fire Department for many years. She later became a medical assistant at several local physician's offices. Maureen has been cremated and no services will be held. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Cascades Humane Society.
