Michael Joseph ""Sconey"" Sajtar's Obituary
Age 59, of Leoni Township, passed away at Henry Ford Allegiance Health March 3, 2017. He is survived by two daughters, Tera Lyne Hinz and Danielle 'Boots' Sajtar, three grandchildren, Zachary Sajtar, Serenity Sunkel and Cameron Roberts, mother, Barbara Lindsey, brother, James 'Scamp' (Suzanne) Sajtar and other loving family and close friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen Michael Sajtar and sister, Wanda Sajtar. Michael was a fan of all sports, especially the U of M and North Carolina Tarheels teams, he enjoyed live music in the country and classic rock genres. He graduated from Parkside High School in 1975. He was a retiree of Adco Products (now Royal Adhesives) in Michigan Center and was a regular at the Korner Keg where his friends all knew him by his nickname of Sajtar. A Celebration of his Life will be held at the funeral home Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 7 pm with Rev. Larry Rubingh officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time. Contributions in his memory may be made to the charity of your choice.
