Debi Jordan
This dear friend of mine for so many years. I am heartbroken to see this obituary. We became friends when I offered to helppve his piano into his house on Eaahington Street. Mike taught me the joy of paying it forward Yhere are probably recordings in his belongings of the two of us jamming together. Mike taught me some Zepelin riffs on the guitar, and over the years, I mastered them on the 12-string.
I moved to Florida in 2004, and am so grateful to have visited him in 2017. I am coming up next week, and when his phone was out of service, I did a search and found this. Mike was my big brother in heart. He encouraged me greatly to pursue a career in music, and he had that great smile when I would share with him tales of life on the road.
Man will I ever miss you, Mike. You were an angel.
