Mickey E. (Mildred) McGonegal's Obituary
McGonegal, Mickey E. (Mildred) Age 80, of Columbia Township, passed away at her home under the loving care of her family and Allegiance Hospice May 13, 2014. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bob; two children, Michel (Tammy) McGonegal and Joy (Rick) DeLand; eight grandchildren, Haley, Kylie, Jacob and Kurtis Commet, Zach McGonegal, Melanie and Gage DeLand and Andrew Scharnowski; brother, William (Mary) Raney and sister-in-law, Janice Crispell. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan and Elizabeth (maiden Stephen) Raney; brother, Butch Combs and sister, Virginia Anderson. Mickey served the Nation in the USAF during the Korean War, belonged to several Bridge Clubs and volunteered many hours preparing tax returns for the Seniors at the Crouch Center. Mrs. McGonegal has been cremated. A Memorial Service honoring her life will be held at the funeral home Sunday, May 18, 2014 at 2 pm with Rev. Richard Brooks, Allegiance Hospice Chaplain officiating. Contributions in her memory are directed to Allegiance Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
