Myrna E. Eastman's Obituary
Age 77 passed away July 27, 2016 under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Michigan. She is survived by her daughter Ruth F. Straub (Ken Lycos); two granddaughters, Branda Page and Brooke Page (Charles Cross); six great-grandchildren, Ethen and Emilie Moorehead, Cameron and Elizabeth Reinhard, Samantha and Brayden O'Dowd; brother, Merlyn (Lilah) Smith; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman; parents, Everett and Ruth Smith; son in law, Kelly Straub; brother, Maurice and sister, Merlene Omans. She was a former longtime member of the Michigan Center Lioness Club and a retiree of the Jackson Citizen Patriot. Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ken Bass of Apostolic Tabernacle officiating. Interment Roseland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Michigan Center Lioness Club. Myrna's family would like to give special thanks for the care given to her by Roberta Sexton, Pat Crane, Carol Eastman and the staff at Ridgecrest Health Campus.
