Nan Perkins-Ehinger, 87, of Jackson passed away peacefully at her home on December 18, 2023. She is survived by two daughters, Tracey (Marty) Caler and Shelley (Harold) Jones, son-in-law Mark Brown, sister Jeanie Logan, brother Dan (Carol) Talmage. 7 grandchildren, Jen Pacunas, Pam (Jason) Smith, Andy Marcinkiewicz, Samantha (Nicholas) Otis, Shane Caler, Crystal (Rick) Steinebach, Carrie Jones, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Nan was born on February 23, 1936 in Jackson, Michigan. She was very creative and enjoyed sewing, crafts, painting and gardening. She enjoyed sitting in her favorite chair and looking out over the water. The wildlife on her property brought her much joy.
She worked as a secretary for many years with the Plumbers & Pipefitters, Local 313 in Jackson. It is here where she met her late husband, Frank Ehinger. They spent many happy years together traveling and building and remodeling their homes on Ackerson Lake and in Adrian.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frank Ehinger, daughter Kim Brown, brother-in-law James Logan, mother Lois (Kate) Norman and step-father Walter (Tony) Norman.
At her request she has been cremated and her family will remember her in a private memorial.
