Mama D!!!! We met in the late 80s/ early 90s through basketball. You and Papa D allowed Lauren and all her friends rip the house apart every other weekend 😆 Throughout those years, you laughed with us, supported us in life and remained so proud of us. We had our Facebook and phone chats. We laughed and even cried. I love you, Papa D and Meg. I hold you all dearly in my heart. I'll tell Lonnie (my dad) you said hello as always... as you would say... I love your dad, he's such a character! Now you can stand again and even fly. Rest up! Tosha

Nancy and I have been friends since we were 5 years old. We skipped 5th grade together in an experimental program with 6 other students. Over the years we had many discussions how that affected our lives. As Linnert and Klaes, we walked the streets and the street car tracks of Bethel Park as kids. Nancy's family included me in some of their vacations and family activities. We were in each other's wedding. Our husbands became good friends. Before we had children, we all went together on annual ski trips around the country. Life was interesting and exciting. We had so many meaningful conversations over the years. We shared a love of reading and exchanged book suggestions all the time. Even after MS slowed her down, she continued to amaze me with her energy and passion for so many interests. Nancy enjoyed life and made the most of her situation. We mourned with her the loss of Megan, her sister Judy and Dean. And through it all she never lost her spirit. I will miss her laugh as only she could laugh that way. Rest easy my dear friend.

Nancy and I grew up in Bethel Park, PA. We were friends then but became better friends when we both attended Grove City College. After graduation, we both interviewed with United Airlines and Nancy was hired and I was not due to vision issues. Nancy was so full of joy and so much fun to be with. Over the last few years, we spoke on the phone often and I loved her spirit. She never complained about her life and that will always remain with me. She will be greatly missed. Barb Bancroft
