Nancy Eileen Sowle's Obituary
Age 62, of Jackson, passed away September 9, 2016 at University of Michigan Hospitals after a valiant battle with renal failure. She is survived by two sons, Joseph (Melissa) Sowle and Andrew Sowle, four siblings, Nathan C. (Sandra) Neeley, Anita S. Hinton, Brenda L. (Mark) Carpenter and Hugh E. Neeley, several nieces and nephews, long time friends Jackie Watson and Frank Moreno, and her faithful canine companion Gunner. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ward C. and Lauretta A. (Carlson) Neeley and her brother-in-law, Mike Hinton. Nancy retired from the US Postal Service and loved sewing, needlepoint, cross stitch and was a wonderful cook. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, September 16, 2016 at 11 am with Father Tim MacDonald, Our Lady of Fatima Church, officiating. Cremation to follow. Visitation will be Thursday evening 6-8 pm. Her cremated remains will be laid to rest next to her parents at Leoni Cemetery at a later date. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
