Nancy Joy Phelps (maiden-Horton)'s Obituary
Age 76, of Pleasant Lake, passed away at her home November 2, 2014 under the loving care of her family and Great Lakes Hospice. She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jerry W., five children, Cheryl Jenkins, Scott Rockwell, Kay Rockwell, Randy Phelps and Michelle Phelps, six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, brother Skip (Arlene) Horton, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son Tony Rockwell, brother Joe Horton and parents, Arthur and Geraldine (maiden-Reaves) Horton. She was a loving wife and mother who doted on her grandchildren. Services will be held at the funeral home Friday, November 7, 2014 at 11 am with Pastor Tom Duckham of the Leoni Baptist Church officiating. Interment Leoni Cemetery. Visitation Thursday evening, 5-8 pm. Contributions in her memory are directed to the Leoni Baptist Church or Great Lakes Caring Hospice.
