Nancy Louise Wheeler's Obituary
Age 78, of Leoni Township, passed away at the Jackson County Medical Care Facility Saturday, October 21, 2017. She is survived by her husband, Douglas H. Wheeler; three daughters, Sandra Stamper, Gwena Rudd and Lori (James Toombs) Williams; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and her brother, Charles E. (Linda) McCormick. She was preceded in death by her brother, Tommy McCormick; sister, Deloris Lemaster and her parents, Charlie and Una Marie (Lemaster) McCormick. Nancy had a deep and abiding faith in God, a talent for singing and playing the guitar, enjoyed cooking and visiting casinos. Services will be held at St. Aidan's Church, 361 East Grove, Michigan Center at noon on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 with Rev. Larry Rubingh officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10 am until service time. Private interment will be held at Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens in Tecumseh. Contributions in her memory are directed to the American Cancer Society.
