Neil Edward Crandall's Obituary
Age 81, of Parma Township, passed away at his home April 5, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Bonnie L.; eight children, Carrie Mueller, Julianna (Kelly) Rose, David (Mary Beth) Crandall, Matt Crandall, Mike (Teresa) Crandall, Sarah Richburg, Suzzanne (Larry) Sinkovitz and Kevin (Stacey) Crandall; eighteen grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; three brothers, Stuart (Barb), Bob and Tom (Margie) Crandall; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray and Don Crandall and his parents, Frank and Anna (maiden-Robertson) Crandall. Neil served the nation in the US Army during the Korean War, retired from ATT (Lucent) as a supervisor in Business Telecommunications and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #1265, Albion, MI. The important things in life to Neil were spending time with his family and following his children and grandchildren in all of their endeavors. Mr. Crandall has been cremated. A Memorial Mass celebrating his life will be held at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 711 N. Francis St, Jackson on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at noon with Father Chas Canoy officiating. Visitation one hour prior to service time. Veteran honors will be offered by the Jackson County American Legion Ritual Team. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Jackson County Veterans Van Fund.
