Pamela Sue Davis' Obituary
Age 64, of Blackman Township, passed away at her daughter's home September 30, 2020 after her battle with pancreatic cancer under the loving care of her family with Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice in attendance. She is survived by her daughter; Tammy L. (Phillip) LaMaire, two step-daughters; Connie (Tom) Varner and Amy (Dirk) Anderson, grandchildren; Kendra (Zack) Shook, Kyle (fiancé Malissa) LaMaire, Nichole (fiancé Stephen) LaMaire, Caleb Hobbs, Tayler Varner, Ethan Anderson, Jordan (Brandon) Henderson, Amber (Jed) Plate, Amanda Anderson and Caitlyn Anderson, great-grandchildren; Harper Shook, Madelynn LaMaire, Lillianna Shook, Baylee Henderson, Annabelle Henderson, brother; Danny (Ida) Davis, many nieces, nephews, and cousins whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her brothers; Hugh (wife surviving Mildred) Davis, Raymond (Loraine) Davis, Bill (Kathy) Davis, and Charles Davis and her sister; Reba (Danny) Daniels and her parents; Hugh Card and Lorene (maiden-Smith) Davis. Pam was a loving mom, mamaw and nana who enjoyed babysitting her grand and great-grandchildren. She loved God and family more than anything. She retired from the Housekeeping Department at the University of Michigan after many years of service. She enjoyed visiting casinos, traveling, and talking on the phone with friends and family. Pamela attended her families church, Radiant JXN (2700 Spring Arbor Road) where a Memorial Service to honor her life will be held Saturday, October 17, 2020 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Jeff Allen officiating. Contributions in her memory are directed to the church. Family and friends are all invited to attend dinner at Rod Mills Park at 3300 W. Parnall Rd Jackson directly following the memorial service.
