Parker David Wieand's Obituary
Of Jackson; just 19 short months with us on earth, went to his home in Heaven on November 8, 2022. He was born in Marshall, Michigan on April 9, 2021.
Parker was the much loved son of Logan J. and Monica A. (Morey) Wieand and adored little brother of Clark Wieand. He is also survived by loving family members including grandparents, Grandpa Claude and Grandma Theresa Morey, Papa Jim (Kaye) Wieand and Nina Lisa (Papa Greg) Laskovich; great-grandfather, Papa Larry Jordon; uncles and aunts, Tyler (Michaela) Wieand and Curtis (Cindy) Morey; cousins, Cameron and Lennon Wieand, and Aubreigh Lamont; many dear great-aunts and uncles, extended cousins and family friends.
He was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Sandy Jordon, Patricia Morey, Claude Morey Sr. and Cliff Wieand.
As his family tried to put into words… Parker was our crazy, funny, show stopping, heart-warming baby boy; he had an infectious smile and was always full of joy. Although he was not here for a long time, he made his mark on all those who knew and met Parker. He gave much love to those around him and in turn was dearly loved by those same people.
A public service to honor and remember Parker’s life will be held at Arthur-Day Funeral Home in Michigan Center on Monday, November 14, 2022 at 11:00 am with Pastor Kyle Herrick officiating. A private family interment at Roseland Memorial Gardens will follow the services. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Sunday from 2 to 4 pm and 6 to 8 pm.
For those ball cap wearers attending the visitation or services, please feel free to wear them, Parker would appreciate it… just be prepared to wear them Parker style… backwards.
