Patricia Anne Nelson's Obituary
Age 67, of Summit Township, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at her home in the loving presence of her family and under the care of Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice. She is survived by seven children; Lonie (Priscilla) Nelson, Crysta Brown, Nicole (Randy) Riker, David (Peggy) Nelson Jr., Angella Hansen, Richard (Crystal) Nelson and Jesse Nelson, nineteen grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren and two more great-grandchildren close to birth, sister; Betty (Keith) Carr, brother; Paul (Jeannie) McClung, life-long friends; Linda Bosco, Patricia Ellis and a host of others who will miss her deeply. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 38 years; David William Nelson Sr., brother; Bob McClung, sister; Doris Lindsey, her parents; Paul and Luella (maiden-Eagle) McClung and son-in-law; Jarod Hansen. Patricia was born May 1, 1953 in Rector, Arkansas. She worked many years as a screw machine operator and more recently at the Napoleon Auction Barn. She loved plants, flowers and family get-togethers. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date. She and her late husband will be laid to rest together at Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family wishes to extend their thanks to the Henry Ford Allegiance Hospice for their compassionate care. Patricia directed any contributions in her memory be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project (PO Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516).
