Pauline R Martz's Obituary
MARTZ (McCLUER), PAULINE R. Age 98, formerly of Michigan Center, passed away May 18, 2013. Pauline was born in Ithaca, MI, to the late John and Rose McCluer on February 13, 1915. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Revah Saumell, Ruth Waudby; brother, John McCluer Jr,. and her husband of 64 years, Robert in 2001. She is survived by her son, Mitchell (Mary) Martz; daughter, Pamela (Ivan) Richardson; sister-in-law, Pat Judge; five grandchildren: Howard Horning III (Diane O'Brien), Jody (Floyd) O'Dell, Robert (Kim) Martz, Doug (Cinnamon) Martz, Michelle (Robert) Baker; nine great-grandchildren: Howard Horning IV, Bryce and Brock Fullerton, Bridgett and Tyler Martz, Brandon and Trenton Martz, Dawson and Ethan Baker. Pauline retired in 1978 from Felters after 25 yrs. She and Bob enjoyed their retirement years in their home in Florida. She liked to cook, read, do arts and crafts, travel, and loved her grandchildren. She was very giving and had a witty sense of humor. According to her wishes, Pauline has been cremated. There will be a private burial at Roseland Cemetery.
