Peggy S. Berkeypile's Obituary
Peggy Sue Berkeypile, age 78, of Michigan Center, MI , passed away Saturday, December 9, 2023 at Allegra Nursing and Rehab Center in Jackson. Peggy’s family and friends will gather 3:00PM – 5:00PM on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at Eineder Funeral Homes – Michigan Center Chapel (Formerly Arthur-Day Funeral Home). Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 11:00AM; with a gathering beginning at 10:00AM at the funeral home. Burial to follow at Roseland Memorial Gardens. Pastor Jeff Sheeks to officiate.
She was born on October 16, 1946, in Sinton, Texas. Peggy married Rolland Berkeypile, on March 27, 1981 in Jackson, MI. She worked many years for Jackson Public Schools in the Cafeteria Department. Peggy will be remembered as wonderful, loving and hardworking woman that enjoyed spending her time with family and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Peggy is survived by her husband, Rolland; her son, Donald Smith; grandchildren, Christopher Davis, John Smith, Michael Smith; great grandchildren Dominic and Logan. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Kerry Davis; brothers-in-law, Donald Berkeypile, Sherman Berkeypile and sister-in-law, Shirley Berkeypile.
