Reuben Shepherd's Obituary
Reuben Shepherd, Age 89, passed away January 27, 2023. His Celebration of Life will be held at Michigan Center Eagle’s Lodge on February 10, 2023, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
He was born on March 12, 1933, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky to Henry and Dona (Stephens) Shepherd. Reuben proudly served as a Sargent in the Army during the Korean War, in which he was the recipient of the Bronze Star.
Reuben was very caring and would do most anything for anyone, especially for his children. His favorite past times included wood working, landscaping, and working in his garden.
Reuben will be missed by his children, Arthur Shepherd, John Shepherd, Joseph Shepherd, Andrea (Kevin) Ramsett, William Shepherd, Jennifer (Donnie) Clark, Scott (Teri) Shepherd, Cassondra (Don) Bernstein ; siblings, Susan Richardson and his grandchildren John (Sarah) Shepherd, Christina Shepherd, Mitchell Shepherd, Cody Shepherd, Ashley Shepherd, Matthew, Keith and Mark Ramsett, Bailey (Jack) Tallman, Kristopher Shepherd, Kameron Shepherd, Jacob Morningstar, Jinnie (Jason) Morgan, Laci Buckowing, Rylee and Logan Renfer, Brianna, Brendon and Colton Bernstein along with 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson along with many niece’s and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and numerous brother’s and sister’s.
