Richard E. Bower's Obituary
Age 71, of Leoni Township, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 1, 2016 at the family farm where he was born. Rich is survived by the love of his life, his wife of 45 years, Diane; four children, Brenda Connell (Scott), Richard Bower Jr. and Scott Bower (Kim) all of Michigan Center and Timmi Bower of Parma; three grandchildren, Brent, Brittany and Austin; one great-grandson, Miles; sisters, Vivian (Abe) Craft and Susie (Jeff) Pritt; several nieces and nephews. He was owner and operator of G.W. Quick Metal Fabricators, but the occupation that he loved most was that of a farmer. Rich attended the First Baptist Church of Napoleon where funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Noon with Pastor Reggie Coleman officiating. Interment will follow at Leoni Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Thursday beginning at 11 am until service time. For those who wish, contributions in his memory to the First Baptist Church of Napoleon or the Cascades Humane Society would be appreciated.
