Ricky Dean Pawson's Obituary
Age 61, of Leoni Townshhip, went to be with the Lord June 16, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 42 years; Bonnie M. (Messner) Pawson, three children; Timothy (Shaun) Messner, Marie (David) Lennox and Lori (Norman Iler) Pawson, eight grandchildren; Timmy, Tami, April, Rickie, Raymond, Ashley, Travis and Tyler, twelve great-grandchildren, his mother; Shirley Eastman, two brothers; Michael (Ronda) Eastman and Sherm (Carol) Eastman, sister; Tracy (Terry) Davis, many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father; Raynor Pawson, step-father; Charles Eastman and three brothers; John, Bobby and Ivan Eastman. Ricky worked at Crankshaft Machine for 42 years, was a long time and very active member of the Michigan Center Lions Club and a member of the Cornerstone Apostolic Church of Jackson. He loved building and was always willing to give any one in need a helping hand. Services will be held at the funeral home Tuesday June 22, 2021 at 12:30 pm with the Reverends Aaron and Daniel Strouss officiating. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday evening 5-8 pm with Lions Club Honor at 7:30 pm. A Memorial Luncheon to follow the interment will be held at the Michigan Center Lions Club. Contributions in his memory are directed to the Michigan Center Lions Club or the Cornerstone Apostolic Church of Jackson
