Roman Thomas Zawacki's Obituary
Age 94, of Jackson, passed away under the loving care of the Jackson County Medical Care Facility staff on April 2, 2018. He is survived by two sons, Thomas (Carole) Zawacki and Martin (Marie) Zawacki; many grand and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marilyn; son, David; three brothers; five sisters and his parents, Alexander and Catherine Zawacki. Roman served the Nation in the US Navy during World War II; owned and operated the Jackson Rollatorium for over 30 years. He was a member of the Polish Legion of American Veterans and had belonged to St. Stanislaus Kostka and St. Mary Star of the Sea parishes in Jackson. Interment with military honors will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm.
