Ronald James Manning's Obituary
Age 71, of Leoni Township, passed away May 15, 2019. He is survived by two sons; Tom (Denise) and David Glandorf, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two brothers; Rick and Tom (Lori) Manning, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Marlene, daughter Shelly Fulk, brothers; Norm, Don and Bobby Manning and his sister; Barbara Poynter. After working a career as a talented machinist and foreman at Clark Equipment, Harvard Industries and a few other shops, he then became supervisor of maintenance at Ashton Ridge, recently retiring from that position. He enjoyed the great outdoors and loved to visit casinos. He had a real knack for making friends and was unselfishly giving of his time and efforts to all his loved ones. Services will be held at the FUNERAL HOME Monday, May 20, 2019 at 11 am with Pastor Douglas Bilby officiating. Interment Maxon Cemetery in Leoni Township. Visitation will be held Sunday May 19, 2019 from 5-8 pm at ST. AIDANS EPISCOPAL CHURCH (361 East Grove, Michigan Center). Contributions in his memory are directed to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Association.
