Age 81, longtime resident of Norvell, passed away March 11, 2017 at the Dimondale Nursing Care Center. She is survived by three children, David Smith, Debra Hinton and Deanette (Kevin) Condra, seven grandchildren, Emmie and Damie Read Obituary
This lady gave me the strength to go on. The love that I missed when my mother died and the one person I could always turn to no matter how bad things were. Rose will be remembered by Norvell Township and it's residents for a very long time. She participated in so many aspects of the township for so many years. From the Senior Citizen programs and the office to the ZBA, planning commission and the Board itself, she enjoyed serving the Norvell residents. Her family should be very proud of the legacy she left behind. Rose was a wonderful woman who we enjoyed working with. Our thoughts and prayers are with her and the family.
